more thoughts on naked guy…

Okay, so to make things worse, I saw naked guy at the health club today on the exercycle reading his Bible. That just makes it worse.

Ummm, excuse me…

I work out at a local health club (due to my being a poor advertisement, they shall remain nameless as to not incriminate them).  I don’t know about your experience, but lately I’ve noticed that there are way too many people who are far too comfortable in their own skin.  My advice…please put something on while you brush your teeth.  Thank you.

This isn’t the only time I’ve noticed this kind of comfort in people.  This summer, at my in-laws’ cabin on Lake Michigan, it was incredibly apparent that people are getting far too comfortable with themselves.  I know that bikinis are popular wear at the beach, but I’m guessing there are just some people who either don’t have good friends or don’t get good advice while shopping at the mall.

“What do you think?”
“It looks fine.”
“I don’t look bad in this?”
“You look fine.  Hey, look, there’s a Cinnabon!”

Maybe I’m over-reacting.  It’s quite possible that I am the one with the problem.  Maybe it just might be better if we encouraged more nude beaches.  At least then we wouldn’t have to see poorly fitting swim wear.

Until then, when you’re at the club, please just put something on while you comb your hair…or, geez, at least don’t lean that close to the sink.
